• The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of product whilst the product are in their possession. All items are included in package like blouse pic in sarees / other accessories like dupatta pant in case kurta orders if any thing missing we can not proceed for refund or exchange.
• In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standard at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail :-info.twiffy@gmail.com with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instruction from us. 
• If u receive any damage product so please contact on info.twiffy@gmail.com with order id and send photo and video of opening video with visible of label and clearly shown order id. Without opening video we are not responsible of return or exchange.
